These kitties are what we consider "lifers", which means that they are either unadoptable or extremely difficult to place for whatever reason. These cats will have a home with the Oswego County SPCA-OCAWL for as long as they live. You can sponsor one of these kitties for only $20, which will cover the cost of their food and litter for roughly 3 months. We will send updates on the animal you've chosen to help.
